"You're just trash"
This statement gets used in league too often and it's one that needs to go. The League of Legends is a rapidly evolving game where metas change on a weekly patch basis. Just last year we got a brand new overhaul of masteries and items. Most of which is still being refined. Champions crawl to the top and fall off the roster so quickly and players have different available hours to even play the game. Taking any person and just pulling them to the lowest denominator like it's black and white is a degenerate, toxic, and highly subjective view. Just because a player can't or doesn't feel like picking up the biggest abusable meta the minute it gets found doesn't mean this person is dumb, Doesn't mean a player is flimsy, smelly garbage. You also have to take in the fact that this game is hard, many health factors have to be optimal to maintain a solid game from laning phase to endgame. It is very easy for a person to cave in to a game like this under pressure, just because you haven't doesn't make you better.
At the end of the day this game is just a game, it's not personal, it's not a trophy, it's not status symbol. Just because a player gets counterpicked and shoved under tower doesn't out him under any hiarchy of status. The statement of "trash" should not even be in the equation of league. It doesn't matter if a person has a Comcast connection, it doesn't matter if a person thinks the game is a turn based RPG. Nobody is trash.
