Well evelynn still seems to get buffed but 2 out of 3 i take it.
Still caitlyn buffs left which i think is terrible considering you nerf kai'sa and xayah (RIGHTFULLY SO DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT).
Lee and others are just not preventable due to worlds. Atleast my soloQ isn't ruined that hard by vayne and riven spam. Too mcuh shit you gotta ban these days anyways.

Fun fact: They insert overpowered champion in the buff list (like yasuo before), and then remove them after the community scream, so they can say "WE LISTEN THE COMMUNITY" and they are done with every other complaint
Eh, +2 AD Cait buffs isnt that big of a deal at least. Its at most 5 more damage in a single auto and ... 3.2 damage buff to her R? Its interesting theyve been doing this a lot; -3 ad to graves once, +2 AD to Jhin and Cait now, +3 AD to Lucian recently and +2 to Kalista.
for Lucian and something like Jinx or Twitch that could be MASSIVE but is 2ad going to impact Jhin or Cait at all???
