Bring back bot lane bullies

These are some of the most picked adc champions. They all have one thing in common, they are all late game caries. Why is that important? Because it helps show how bad a place the early game "lane bully" adcs are in.

Early game lane bullies are important to the balance of late game champions, and without them having an effective presence it just becomes who can carry harder.

Lane bullies are a healthy presence in this game, becuse they prevent late game champs from getting to the late hand safely. Bringing them back into a usable place is what's needed. Not nurfing the current favorites into the ground. (That's not to say some of them dont have problems)

Lane bullies and late game caries both being a valid and strong option are what's needed to keep bot lane meta in balance.
