Jarvan IV with Zeke's Convergence

So a light bulb appeared over my head this afternoon. After thinking about off-meta support picks or new ways to spice up league for myself I realized that there are a few champions that could really do well with Zeke's Convergence. Mainly our friend J4 .

Now if you're unaware, Zeke's Convergence allows you to activate a frost storm when you use your ultimate (If your binded teammate/ADC is nearby). Enemies that are within the storm take bonus magic damage from your binded teammate/ADC. So naturally I thought that with J4's Cataclysm there would be no escaping this storm. The item itself gives beneficial stats to J4 as well (60 armor 30 MR 10% CDR and 250 mana).

I believe this item can be used with jungle Jarvan as well as support Jarvan if you're bold enough. I also advise that you only go Jarvan support if it is into a melee match-up with the other support. Let me know what you guys think! I believe I may be onto something here.
