Here comes the Buff barge again! ... and the nerf helicopter
So ladies and gentleman, Riot forgot to pick up some Champions with the buff Barge. I just want to mention there are still a bunch of Champions on the shores ready and waiting to get aboard, but for some of them I just couldn't find the time to look at them. So without further a do:
Malphite
- W: cooldown from 14 to 14/13/12/11/10 Well Rito is actually looking at his W right now, so it's probably going to be changed anyways: But I just wanted to point out it doesn't scale much.
Kayle
- W: AP ratio on speed from 0.07 to 0.1AP Similar to those other utility supports Lulu and Nami: They both scale their movement speeds with 0.1 AP ratio This is a very small buff to kayle who has gone since her big nerfs. It doesn't bring her crazy damage back but it does increase her utility a little bit.
Elise
- Q: damage cap vs monsters to 75/125/175/225/275 from 75/100/125/150/175
Lulu What I think she needs is a enabler skill on offensive 'help pix! to make her a support again.
- E vs enemy Help pix: Damage reduced from 80/110/140/170/200 to 75/100/125/150/175
- NEW: Pix shreds 12/15/18/21/24% of the enemy target's armor he follows The numbers could be thrown around a little: people could also not nerf her base stats and make ONLY her allies (not herself) increase damage by 10% OR Pix increases damage dealt from all sources by 12% to the enemy he follows (like a vladimir ult but single target and shorter duration). There are options, but I think an offensive enabling ability would suit the role she and Pix play.
Zilean:
- Q: Damage from 75/115/165/230/300 to 80/135/190/245/300 They not only made it a skill shot (unreliable compared to targeted), but they also made his damage much lower, not to mention the weird early scaling he has.
- Q: New: Bomb deals double base damage when it's on an ally who is tagged with Zilean's ult. SUICIDE BOMBER theme.
- W: revert the recent buff he got on the barge: cooldown back to 18/15/12/9/6
- E: Time warp Speed/slow from 40/55/70/85/99% to 55/66/77/88/99% This makes his E lvl 1 exactly as strong as his pre-rework
Miss Fortune
- Q: Damage from first shot now also scales with 1AD + 0.5AP up from 0.85AD + 0.35AP
Taric
- W: Flat armor reduction to 10/15/20/25/30 from 5/10/15/20/25 (this is a revert from ONE of the several nerfs he got)
Jayce
- Q melee: To the Skies cooldown reduced from 16/14/12/10/8 to 12/11/10/9/8
Kha Zix
- Q: Damage amplification vs Isolated targets from 30% to 50%
- Evolved Q: damage vs isolated targets only removed
- Evolved Q; New: upgrades Bonus AD ratio from 1.2 to 1.8 (from 1.8 to 2.7 vs isolated)
- W: No long deals additional damage to monsters (because base Q isolation is better again; he doesn't need that W buff anymore)
- E (unevolved): Reduces cooldown by 12s on kill and assist
- Evolved R: Increases his movement speed while stealthed from 40% to 60% Kha Zix Rework link
Galio R: Once again affected by tenacity (counterplay; counteritemize) R: Damage cap increased from 40% to 50% R: Damage increased from 220/330/440 to 222/333/444 (yes that's 666 for fully stacked, he's such a beast)
Lux
- Passive: flat damage from 10+8/lvl to 10+10/lvl
Lissandra
- R: Slow increased to 35/55/75% from 30/45/75%
Kassadin, Singed, Shen, Maokai
- Now have MR/lvl Shen mr/lvl is coming next patch anyways, Singed: just gives him some more tank stats similar to Shen, so they really feel like tanks again. Kassadin is a bit lost, so just giving him some extra anti mage power. I'd prefer this over buffing his ultimate because Magic resistance can be countered with penetration and reductions can not.
Items:
- Spiritvisage: now grants 450HP from 400_ (same as BansheeVeil)_
- Liandry's Torment: cost reduced from 2900 to 2500 (Tank meta => increase counter items)
- Poachers knife: Movement speed bonus increased from 175 to 200% and gold increased from 20 to 30g
- Ohmwrecker: cost reduced from 2600 to 2400
- Zeke's Herald: Cooldown reduction reduced to 10% from 20%, but now also gives 10% spellvamp in the aura
- Enchantement Magus: Ability power from 80 to 90 (indirect buff to Nidalee)
- Enchantement Devourer: Now also grants 10% CDR
Items; build path cleanups:
- Stinger now builds out of Recurve Bow => Straight upgrade for 400 gold gains the recurve bow on-hit damage (1500 gold total, other stats unchanged, weapons it builds into total cost unchanged)
- Zephyr also gains the recurve bows on-hit damage (total cost unchanged)
- Cloak of agility is removed and now replaced by Avarice blade (or vice versa)
- Aegis of the Legion now builds out of crystalline bracer
- Thornmail: now builds out of 2 chain vests instead of cloth + chainvest ** Summoner spells:**
- Ghost movement speed buff increased from 27% to 30%
**Runes: ** Lifesteal runes increased from 1.5% to 1.75% Spell vamp runes increased from 2% to 2.5% ... and many other small boring changes to forgotten unused runes ...
Now some people/things have been causing commotion on the barge, so we'll take away some of their priviliges:
**Sejuani **
- E: Permafrost cooldown from 10/9/8/7/6 to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8
Gragas Passive and W switched
- Q radius decreased from 375 to 300
- Q no longer gains damage reduction vs minions
- New: Passive; Drunken Rage: After using an ability: Gragas basic attack will deal 6/8/10/% of the Targets health as Magic damage
- New: W: Gragas will heal himself for 10% of his maximum health (+0.3AP) and gains 20% damage reduction for 3s; Cooldown increased from 8/7/6/5/4 to 17.5/15/12.5/10/7.5
Irelia
- W: Loses her passive on-hit healing when W is on cooldown She'll never be OP ever again. (Just kidding: she still has her passive)
Hecarim: dead horses don't belong on a ship
- Q: Now deals full damage to minions (I don't mind mindless shoving, it allows for players to safely CS under turrets; outside of Hecarims range)
- Q: Damage reduced from 60/95/130/165/200 to 50/85/120/155/190
- W: Healing cap vs minions and monsters from 60/90/120/150/180 from 90/120/150/180/210 (this is a revert of a buff made in the past) ** Cho Gath: **
- Q: rank 5 damage reduced from 305 to 300 I think this is a number bug: his other ranks scale with 55/rank => a supermini nerf
Ekko: Nerf it all At least nerf the shield and his passive a tiny bit (duration from 2/2.5/3 to 2s at all ranks)
Items: Ludens Echo:
- Cost increased to 3300g to match those other 120 AP items Rightous Glory: * Grants +60% Movement Speed to you and and HALF as much to nearby allies changed from Grants +60% Movement Speed to you and nearby allies Gragas and Sejuani have the highest win ratio's atm why? They weren't problems before. But they are the champions that make most effective use of Rightous Glory. The item reduces the clunkyness on their charge abilities and allows them to reliably stick to their targets through Chain CC. What's more: They not only keep their targets in position, but this item also brings your allies in position to instantly follow up on 'your charge'. So their is no risk putting yourself in a forward position.
