I don't see why it couldnt be viable, however....
Don't mistake 1 good game against people who don't know how to play against him as a new "thing". Not saying it can't work...but there is a reason why it is not widely used...
Or take Poppy support, for example...was insanely effective when it was new...then everyone started doing it and people soon figured out "dont stand infront of a wall and ward the bushes" and she became pretty ineffective (still good, though).
