Remove any healer that can heal teamates in urf

Meh, it's part of the game. THe mode is intended to have fun.

You get Soraka+Sona duo lanes, but you get Nid spears every second, Fiora becoming untargetable as she ults you and kills you with ignite every time you respawn, and Karthus.

Seriously, getting tired of people who complain about defense (tanks, healers, etc). Not everything is about damage all the time.

I just won a game against a Nami who spammed heals on a pantheon. I was singed and got trashed pre-6. Once I hit 6 and got a few items though her heals weren't enough to save her from me. You just have to find someone who can cc/instagib the healer. Singed in my case I kept her more focused on trying to bubble me since i was right on her ass she didn't remember to heal and once I caught her I made sure I fliped that betch till she died
