Does anyone else feel like the brand buffs were very very unnecessary?

i feel like brand is way out of line right now with them doubling the dmg on his passive. anyone else fee the same?

I do think it's super annoying, especially when his ult bounces off minions. Bouncing of shaco's w was the the worst while I engaged in the jungle, holy hell that sucked so bad. summoner 14 item 3751 item 3067 item 3068 item 3681 [sg-shisa] let there be fire.

Brand's damage got super ridiculous last season and even more ridiculous with the recent buffs. However, some of the recent buffs were just mana buffs. Not a big deal I feel. But the damage buffs and passive buffs need toned down. His W and the burn is the issue. W and burn passive were never a big deal until last season's outrageous buffs.
