Make ARAM truely random by using the entire champ pool for everyone.

Pretty good analogy. I don't think that people mind that they can get eachother's champs. More so, I think that many people like trying out those champs without having to wait for free week. I certainly enjoyed playing some champs I didn't own last time it was OFA.
PLEASE. Something has to be done about all the BS ARAM only accounts. They also need to make it so if you dodge in ARAM lobby, you still get the same champion as you had in the previous lobby next time.

Allow chests and key frags on champions that you don't own, then I am for this totally. I hate playing a match where I can't get a chest/key frag all because I don't own the champion. I dodge more games due to getting a champ I don't own than getting a champ I own and hate playing as.
I think it's because OFA is a limited time game mode, whereas ARAM is permanent. Riot worries that people would use ARAM to test champs without buying them or waiting for free week, cutting into RP sales.
That being said the ARAM accounts are getting out of control and I would actually like if all champs were unlocked.
Key difference: In One For All I'm picking. At worst I have a 20% chance that I'll be playing something I want to. Even if I'm out-voted, there's someone on my team who knows that champion.
ARAM offers none of those fall back safety mechanics.
Instead of complaining about ARAM Smurfs you're going to be complaining about players who have no idea how to play 75%+ of the champions, costing you game after game.
I say it in ARAM. I hate getting a free champ that I have no interesting in playing, and thus I have never unlocked.
Riot - if you want to make $$$ on ARAM - allow during champ select for the option to BUY the champ if you don't own it. We all know they will NEVER allow you to get the Key or Hex box on the champs you do not own, so... RIOT - give us the option to unlock the champ if we want to.
If you mean "entire champ pool" as in "all champs each ally owns", then I agree 100% Note I left out the F2P Champs because there's really no reason why that has to be a thing in ARAM...if they're already going to make us play Champs we don't own, then why not just do those our allies have so we can actually switch freely with each other if we're set up with each others' Champs?
I dont get it..people play a mode that takes no skill or strategy and still find something to complain about.
Why would Riot make it possible for people to go play champs they dont own? Do you not see how that will cost them money?
If they give you the whole champ pool and you only play ARAM you will never need to spend RP or IP on champs.
Well, I can actually see this as a legitimate stance for people in OFA, because if you play a champ you don't own and get an S rank, well, no chest for you, sorry, didn't pay dat IP preemptively.
