After playing Karthus and seeing how little he is used I believe the one thing holding him back is his ability to cs well, And to fix this I think speeding up his attack frame animations will help a lot. Speeding up attack frame animations shortens his attack wind-up: allowing him to perform basic attacks after moving or casting quicker.

Glowing ice1 votesbut do to his pick rate he can use a buff, and this is not buffing his dmg, that is fine. its his ability to cs, yes his q/e are also cs but his Q is slow and just the same as auto its very slow. and his E is very good for it but puts him in the danger zone and drains mana faster thin any one would like for pre 6 fighting. so buffing his wind-up will help his cs for the start of the match and mid to late game he will use e to cs.
i just feel this is a small but very impotent buff to karth to help his early game but not scale or make him op late game.

You really don't have any idea of how to play Karthus if you think his Q isn't good early-game lol
