champ i made. Ruddy

i just found this champion i made last year, i have stopped playing LOL, but when i did play i remember this guy was like my baby when makeing him, i felt like ruddy filled a nice blank spot in the champion pool. but as for how LOL works now, i don't know. cause i have not played in so long. so here's my little robot Ruddy.

name: Ruddy Gender: non Race: robot Birthplace: Bandle City Bio: this robot was made by Heimerdinger to fix the Mothership. cause Heimerdinger is far to busy working on the Tridyminiumobulator, so he lent his help by making a robot that will do the work for him. one day while the robot was working on Mothership the robot found a strange object lodged in an energy modulator and not giving intended energy efficiency, as the robot dislodged it, it zapped the robot sending the object flying and leaving the robot stuck in the modulator and lifeless. time passed and when Veigar tried to steal the mothership with dark energy, it began to flow tru the mothership and into the robot sparking it back to life, the robot became scared; now had feeling and was very afraid. the robot could hear cheering, yelling, crying, happiness, as the robot left the ship it seen all of these things. and began to express them. the robot went back to the ship making it home. the robot continued to work on the mothership and learn more about the world outside it. one thing the robot learned was that everyone had a name. but it did not. when learning about about the city it lived in "Bandle City" it learned that the city was build in "Ruddynip Valley" ruddy a name the robot gave to itself. the problem with ruddy is that it don't know how to properly express emotions, as ruddy will express a full range of emotions to their full extent some times in a single sentence. after ruddy finished fixing the mothership ruddy discovered that it was a mobile bakery ment to deliver cupcakes around the world. ruddy excited that the work was done rushed off to find Heimerdinger, and tell about the good news. Magic Damage: 70/110/150/190/230 (+ 80% AP) ruddy unleashes a wave of dark energy in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the all enemies hit.

W: FIX IT! cost: 50 mana. cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 range: 150

ruddy will fix everything! increasing its properties and making it ruddy. enemy wards can be fixed turning them against them. green wards adds 20/40/60/80/100 sec. pink wards adds 1/2/3/4/5 hp .
Farsight wards: ruddy can replace the ward 800/1600/2400/3200/4000 units away. and increasing its sight range to 1100 units. when there is nothing to fix ruddy will try to fix allies by giving them manna. 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% (+1% AP)

E: LAUNCH! mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70 COOLDOWN: 24/22/20/18/16 ruddy launches to the target location (range 300/400/500/600/700), dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies upon impact. 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 70% AP) but leaving ruddy's arms. (cause ruddy is odd like that) the farther ruddy gets from them the slower ruddy will move (-30% up to -60% over 3 sec) after 3 sec or recasting. E will springs back ruddy's arms and they give a movement speed boost. 60%/65%/70%/75%/80%. that rapidly decays over 4 sec. alternatively an allie can grab onto ruddy's hands instantly launching them past ruddy (ruddy no longer gets a speed boost) speed boost is passed onto the allie. this can also launch ruddy and 1 allie over walls.

R: MOTHERSHIP! (world ult) ruddy begins channeling for 2 seconds and, upon completing the channel, launches the mother ship to the target location taking 1.5 sec to hit. (enemies can see the mothership coming after the channel.) Enemies within the impact zone take magic damage, (200 / 350 / 500 (+ 60 % AP) and 6/10/14 cupcakes fly out around the impact zone that allies can pick up for health, healing for 20 hp each (+ 10% ap).

/dance over 50% health, starts to twerk. under 50% health, lays on ground slowly flapping legs and feet. /taunt over 50% health, i love you all! TO DEATH! under 50% health, I WILL CRUSH YOU! (says fast and sweet) thin ill eat a cupcake over your corpse! /laugh over 50% health a very sporadic laugh. under 50% health. he cries and whimpers.

/joke over 50%hp (says fast) knock knock-who's there-YOUR MOM! aahhAHAHAHAHAHA! {rolls on floor}. below 50% hp UGHH! depleting my health bar! my only weakness! how did you know!?!? {falls over dead}

standing in one spot too long. over 50% health ADVENTURE!! LET'S GO!!. {jumps}. below 50% health. {rolls on ground} help me. im dieing! UGHHHHH.

INTERACTIONS: sees caitlin. offers her a cupcake. (very happily say: would you like a CUPCAKE!) sees caitlyn's trap (says in a low voice: Precious!)

notes for champ. and debate topics. most of the lore i made for ruddy comes from here http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Bandle_City this is the lore riot made: The Bandle City Mothership. A Cupcake from the Mothership. Attempted Abduction of the Mothership. the lore i made for ruddy (not the finale lore) is that the mothership is a mobile cupcake factory. ruddy himself. making ruddy ties in and explains the lore riot made. after having an idea for a champ (FIX IT!). ruddy is a non gender champ, and much like a child ruddy don't fully comprehend it either, and in ruddy's bio ruddy is never mentioned as a him/her. also i think ruddy's first skin should be battlecast cause heimerdinger is the creator of that skin line, and being the owner of ruddy.

ruddy is meant to be a wave clear champ and rome. not duel and land lots of kills that's why Q:Dark energy wave. is slow, it's easy to dodge but painful if you ignore it. ruddys core is W: FIX IT!, this allows ruddy to rome and take wards away from enemies. combine this with E: LAUNCH! and pull the jungler into a lane with you, you get to ward for free and gank lanes with high power. along with ruddy's story helping others but for the most part doing it solo. and along with ruddy's story, ruddy's job was to fix the mothership. ruddy's 2nd unique ability is E: LAUNCH! this is a bit stronger thin Blitzcrank's Overdrive in terms of speed. but it also allows ruddy to jump over walls/ escape for midlane play. and team play by talking 1 allie with you much like a thresh would. and aoe dmg much like zac. the dmg was added to the kit for 2 forms of dmg in the main ability set (Q W E) ruddy can be used as a support, but i would like feed back for his kit to make him main mid. and as a utility champ for other rolls.

Q: this ability is what allows ruddy to wave clear and play solo in the mid lane, and have team fight power because it's a fair size wave that will pass thru every thing causing full dmg. and because it's a energy wave it will pass thru yasuo wind wall and braums door. this ability is on par with Viktor "death ray" and Veigar's "Baleful Strike"

W: as this is the main focus for ruddy

R: right now this ult's healing is on par with soraka's ult for 1 champion, so if ruddy ults and just 1 champ eats every cupcake that will = 1 soraka ult for that champ. not the whole team. i did it this way so ruddy can ult any solo lane and heal them but not the main focus, that's what soraka is for not ruddy. and the healing is not instant the champ will have to walk around picking up the cupcakes. so because of this i believe an improvement to this ult would be to add more cupcakes per level, and it still not over power soraka in a solo lane. that's up for debate.
