Funniest and most ignorant statement I have ever heard in ranked.

I just got told that "ranked and strategy have no correlation". That is the dumbest thing ever heard. Am I right? Those bronzies are going to stay in bronze/silver if they do not get it together lol because that lack of knowledge is not going to cut it in gold or higher.
