I bought the Night bringer Yasuo and Dawn Bringer Riven skin together. And it's kinda bull that I have to play for weeks to get the borders, what sucks even more is that I already missed 5 days of it, and I can't make back the tokens. So I don't even get to have either of the borders unless I pay money, which is fucked since I already spent 30 on the skins themselves. Can't you just give the people who bought the skins on the first day or week the border by default?
you mean you missed out on the dedication part of the quests and don't want to pay for that mistake?
The border on Dawnbringer Riven is definitely worth it. Best looking out of all of em imo
They create content and you buy with time or money
I don't think it is going to happen. It would mean extra work for Riot, while it is absolutely not necessary.
Keep in mind: there are already people who bought the skin and earned the border with tokens. If they would introduce what you are asking for, they would have to refund everyone who spent tokens to get this border. Additional workload while they don't really get something out of it....
Even if you need to get the skin, everyone got the opportunity to get the border itself without spending money by playing the missions. It is sad that you were not able to take that opportunity because of circumstances, but it is how it is. If I am going on a vacation and I'm not able to play LoL while an event is going on, I have no right to claim the rewards for that event just because of that.
