FULL magic pen runes on ryze?

I'm talkin' magic pen marks, glyphs, and quints, for a grand total of 20 magic pen at level 1. No one can trade with you early, and your combos can nearly oneshot your opponents as early as level 4.. Is the 5% movement speed and 12 MR really worth giving up this ridiculous level of damage

I use full magicpen runes on ryze vs more squishy enemys, together with the mr shred of ur E u will deal true damage in the earlygame, and with sorc+abysle later u will still deal truedamage vs most squishys.

Vs tankyer enemys i usually go with spellvamp quints+mr/lvl glyphs
