A few issues i see

First yes i suck howevor i dont suck to a great extent. Now to the real point summoner spells. Ya k ow that moment you accedenttly take smite on toplane or tp in jungle or something. I wish we could change out summoner spells within the first 30 seconds if we accedently forgot to in pre game lobby.

Also is it just me kr does evryone and their dogs counter riven.
