Improve Dragon Buffs

I really hope they make some changes to dragon this season. I feel its not even worth going for except the first buff. Here's what I'm thinking... Dragon 1 - Bonus % AD and AP (Keep the Same) Dragon 2 - Bonus % Tenacity and Damage to Structures and Reduced Damage to your Structures Dragon 3 - Bonus % Movement Speed and Damage to Monsters Dragon 4 - Bonus % MR and Armor Dragon 5 - Double everything and Burning (Keep the Same)

What you guys think of these small changes? Would it make Dragon a bit more viable to go for? Maybe switch the order?
