Intentional Troll and I Get Reported

This is so unfair so I was playing a game on another account and was losing lane pretty hard. The guy on the enemy team kept saying Rekt and Ez, yet I said nothing until the end of the game until we won and all I said was Rekt, kid so bad, so easy. Clearly their team reported me and my team reported him. Next game I get the same kid on my team. We have a short exchange of words, then a game of chicken dodging. No one dodged the game everyone got regular lanes and JG. He was Jungle and I was mid. He basically just sat in my lane all day fed and took experience. He kept saying he was lagging and acting all innocent. I said a few words to him, calling him a Loser troll with no life. He started telling the team I was toxic and that he was lagging. Clearly he wasn't as he was running on top of my character and taunting. Needless to say I lost lane super hard, which made my team even more upset and they were doing pretty well and he convinced my team and the enemy team to report me and I get banned for 14 days. Wow, talk about being manipulative and abusing the tribunal system. How is this even remotely fair? Guess it's ok to lie, manipulate and bait people into getting banned while trolling.
