I have lifesteal quints for my rune page (3.5% lifesteal)

You don't need an essence reaver on Cait. She may be a crit champ but she isn't reliant on her spells like a Jhin is and so the CD reduction isn't a necessity. IE should either be first 2nd or 3rd item on her and not 4th. You have no armor shred in your kit. You need either Lord dominiks or Mortal reminder. At least 1 of them. For sustain, bloodthirster is good but I believe with the recent buffs, BOTRK may be better in terms of DPS. I may be wrong, I've not done the math behind it. Armor pen and Sustain will come 4 or 5th, it's up to you to decide which is most needed at that time of play. Usually a vampiric scepter is good enough for most adcs for sustain until late game. To note: armor shred can come in as 3rd item depending on how tanky enemy team is.
