Fiddlesticks needs help

Here is why he needs help

passive: useless q: long cool down w: easy to leave range e: useless against blue/red buff, randomly picks targets r: the only way fiddlesticks can "properly" gank

so much of power is in a ult with a very long cooldown this leaves the rest of kit super weak even with the recent buffs, is still needing help

there are so many other junglers out there that perform much better: and many others
