Now I understand Aatrox top lane may be a bit weak. But my last 9 games of Aatrox jg have been the best experience I've had in league of legends.
He is quite weak early game but that doesn't matter, if you can get the blood well almost full before ganking your set for life. Can someone please explain to me why Aatrox needs a rework and if he is still getting a rework.
I can completely understand if you want him as a top laner.
Drain tanks are generally unhealthy. Aatrox is the end all be all drain tank. He becomes unkillable by doing damage. However he's relatively weak in team fights and as such is usually relegated to split pushing but when that doesn't work he just doesn't do much. He can't drain tank off a thornmail and he doesn't do enough damage reliably to be a carry.
Unless the enemy team doesn't know how to kite or peel, then all he can do in a teamfight is press Q and then die. His only methods of survival are his healing and that's countered by bramble vest and his passive which isn't really all that great considering he'll just get kited again after reviving. It's good for splitpushing, but if he falls behind he's worse than a cannon minion.
AATROX 1 item 45~50% atk speed, Rest of all Items Armor Or magic resist only, Go 1v3 if you die i delete my account And nah u dont need any atk damage item, maybe guardian angel if u could! And nah u dont need any life steal as well!
His q knockup is slow and unreliable, w is boring, e is weak and slow, ult doesn't help him with kiting, and passive is useless with how long it takes to get going.
