How is Honour levels calculated? less honor acc higher honor lv...

So though out the season we got the honour levels, but I'm kinda puzzled over your own progress. Since we don't have the progress bars for honour, we really don't know where we are at to the next level... so I wonder if the honour levels are actually managed well...

Two accounts, one very active and one pretty inactive. The more active account has more honours yet has a lower honour level to the one that's less active. Is the honour level based on honour collected or through average per game?

Also if so, support players who play tank or thresh or blitz and such, (not the lifesavers such as janna and lulu or soraka) are really gonna have a hard time since often if bot lane carries the support only gets 1 honour or even none... Just asking.

Dude Thresh is a champion you can solo carry with and when you do you always get honers. Often even if you lose the game your adcarry will mostly honer you as long as you didnt flame or feed.

All of my friends reached honour level 5 within a few weeks of the release. Meanwhile I am still at honour level 4 despite now being a higher summoner level than them (once school starts they all stop playing for a while). I'm here wondering if they stopped ranking up honour levels, because I am usually friendly to teammates, or outright silent (so no punishments and no reports that I know of), but regularly gain honour (been playing an awful lot of suicidal Soraka. You get a heal! You get a heal! EVERYBODY gets a heal!)
