Says her crits don't deal bonus damage, but instead apply an empowered slow.

But I still see the big crit numbers when I'm hitting the enemy. Can someone clarify please? Thanks!

Ashe automatically critically strikes every time she attacks someone more than once in a row for reduced crit dmg (110+%). Ashes passive, the double slow, does not refer to this automatic crit strike, but critical strikes she gets thanks to items that give crit chance

So Ashe's crits will never be greater than 110%? Does that include if you buy an Infinity Edge?

No, Ashe's crit damage goes up with her crit chance. Her first basic attack on someone, she will never crit. Her second and so on, she will always crit. If she would critically strike thanks to items she bought, the slow from her attack doubles. But the scaling of her crits (110%) goes up with her crit strike chance. so if you have 30% crit chance, the damage goes from 110% to 140%
