Fiora passive should not be based on RNG

Hi summoners,

I've actually been thinking for a long time about a way to make Fiora's passive less frustrating for the player who is playing her and the one who is facing her. We all know that moment when you could kill your ennemy but the vital mark didn't appear at the right place. This makes Fiora's passive and gameplay not 100% under the player' control, and being an important mechanic of the champion, this is really frustrating.

So my suggestion is to actually put the first vital point on the same direction for every champion the first time they show off near Fiora. Putting the mark on the top or the bottom of the ennemy champion would be good to not have a difference when playing blue side or red side. Then you put a pattern that goes ALWAYS the same.

This will force the players to remember where the vitals had shown up to control a bit more the lane or fights, and it makes the mechanic 100% not RNG which would be fair for everyone, because let's be honest, most people would prefer to have a non RNG passive on Fiora, especially Fiora players.

Thanks for reading me and have a wonderfull day ! :)

It isn't RNG. If you keep track of your vital procs, you'd realize that it appears on the opposite side every time. If you proc it in front, it'll pop in the back. If you proc it in the back, it'll proc in the front. you just have to realize that the marks actually pop up relative to the way the champion models are facing, which may confuse you if you play champs like zed and talon where it says "You will appear behind the enemy". The difference is, you go behind someone relative to the direction Talon and Zed Models are facing.

Basically, if the champ is facing front and you proc it, it'll then appear at the back of the model. However, if you try to get in front of them expecting to grab the vital, you'll end up missing solely because the vital is now behind you, since you automatically assumed that it'll appear relative to your champ position, which isn't necessarily the case.

It would not be fair, because that itself is RNG how hard or easy your lane is against fiora can be decided by where the first mark apears and that becomes the same RNG situation thats not under the players control. Not to mention if it appears in the front that lane becomes extremely hard for the lane opponent. Having it be completely random is the only way for it to be fair to both sides.

The best solution would be to just rework her again because her kit still fails to solve the feast/famine issues. Also her toxic low counter play gameplay patterns.

Actually it always switches between:

facing blue nexus (down/left) and facing red nexus (up/right)

When you get a bad mark in lane you can walk away to reset it.

There's still a bit of rng between the first time and then two possibilities though. Less sure but it can be made to follow a stricter more set pattern with all four directions if wanted perhaps
