Fiora's passive should not contain RNG

Hi summoners,

I have actually been thinking for a long time about a way to make Fiora's passive less frustrating for the player who is playing her and the one who is facing her. We all know that moment when you could kill your ennemy but the vital mark didn't appear at the right place. This makes Fiora's passive and gameplay not 100% under the player's control, and being an important mechanic of the champion, this is really frustrating.

So my suggestion is to actually put the first vital point on the same direction for every champion the first time they show off near Fiora. Putting the mark on the top or the bottom of the ennemy champion would be good to not have a difference when playing blue side or red side. Then you put a pattern that goes ALWAYS the same.

This will force the players to remember where the vitals had shown up to control a bit more the lane or fights, and it makes the mechanic 100% not RNG which would be fair for everyone, because lets be honest, most people would prefer to have a non RNG passive on Fiora, especially Fiora players.

Thanks for reading me and have a wonderfull day ! :)

I feel like a change to the RNG of her passive would make her more of a threat than she already is. Situations where the mark is nowhere within striking range of her isn't a bad thing for the player going up against her. It's only a bad thing (although not entirely so) for the Fiora player. However, even considering that, Fiora's Q (if memory serves) can sometimes strike through her target and still proc the vital. I think it was that she has to be, like, really close to the target to pull this off though, so there is a risk involved.

Besides, most of Fiora's damage comes from procc'ing those vitals, so allowing her to have control over where they appear would be pretty broken, in my opinion. It may be a different case if the "vital" gameplay was one of her spells though. Like, if one of her activated skills were to reveal a vital on the opponent, then I'm sure that would be able to be in the Fiora's control, since it would be able to have a cooldown.
