This would create a place to show off all the icons you've earned, as well as any of the quests you did. Right now I really don't give two craps about the icons I've earned. I rarely even pay attention to other peoples' icons in the loading screen, at least having an achievement page to show how many you've earned would be something.

I think they have expressed they're looking into expanding how our icon collection is shown off, and also show what we did to earn the icons, so that the various rare/difficult icons can actually carry some associated prestige.
