Teemo should get a rework

Not because he's OP.

Not because he's UP.

But because he's a jack of all trades. You can put him anywhere, but he'll almost always be the underdog of it. I am not a fan of "diversity" when it reckons the concept of where a champion should go and not be good anywhere. He should at least be focused into a top or jungle or even a ADC. But of course until he's shown up in LCS, no one is gonna want him changed.
