Taric's ally heal tooltip amount is wrong.

I found a guy 3 months ago who noticed it and got no responses, here, but I just had an ARAM match where I noticed the exact same thing. Now, I didn't grab the exact numbers from the tooltip, but I do know that I had it at rank 4, which is a base 140 heal on an ally, but I only healed for 99. Then, immediately following that I healed myself for 269. Taric's self heal is supposed to be 30% more, right? Yeah, that's pretty darn near 300%. Is the heal being affected by your allies' MR? In that case, why isn't it being affected by your own?

I have sent in a bug report ticket, but if this has been addressed previously, I'd like to know which is the correct version. I did not really feel impactful when healing allies in teamfights, since my 100ish mana spell was saving my allies from one auto attack, but man, getting back 1/4 of my health during a fight saved my butt so many times that game.

I answered this in your other thread as well, but figured I would put it here incase anyone else had the same question.

ARAM has a global aura that reduces heals targeted at allies. Self-heals are not affected. You can see this in the leftmost buff about your character portrait on Howling Abyss.

Taric's heal can either:

  • Heal himself and the target ally for the stated value
  • Heal himself for 1.4x the stated value.

If the stated value of the heal was 200, then:

  • You and another target would be healed for 200*0.5=100
  • You can heal yourself for 200*1.4=280

This is not a bug. This is the intended behaviour.
