If Illaoi 
uses test of spirit to take Ekko's spirit and Ekko
Then uses Chrono Break to rewind, does Illaoi still have acces to attack his spirit despite this? Or Will The Spirit Simply Rewind to where Ekko is. Also Does the Spirit have it's own outliner if Chrono Break isn't on cooldown?
