Has anyone else noticed dual ADC bot lanes lately?

This is one of the most frustrating bot lanes I've seen in a while, especially when one of them is Jihn.

I mainly play Sona, Leona, or Thresh, but there is so little you can actually do when people decide to run double ADC. They poke the shit out of you early, alternate CS, and will either crush your lane, or force jungles to babysit.

If your team can't shut it down ASAP, mid and late game are impossible, because you'll have two people just melting everything.
