Can we get some Kled buffs?

Kled is actually one of the most useless champions in the game. His win rate and pick rate are extremely low because he has next to no utility in his kit. His W is absolutely garbage; make it an active ability. His Q is the only good thing on his kit. His E is stupid, why do you need to dash through them twice, it hardly does any damage anyway. In general, he needs a huge buff. Maybe even an overhaul.
