Is it just me, or is Katarina experiencing a few OP bugs?

Happened on a few occasions. NOT JUST A DEATH RECAP GLITCH. She would shunpo and proc thunderlords instantly. No other damage. Last time I checked, shunpo doesn't proc on hit effects.
