  1. I very rarely talk in chat. When I do, it's game-related.
  2. I mute toxic teammates and focus on my own gameplay.
  3. I usually don't do too bad.
  4. I get honored frequently (although I'm still honor 2 for some reason).

Why have I gone from Gold 3 to Gold 5 on the verge of dropping back into silver with a very low silver MMR, and how can I fix it?

Fixing your MMR or play?

MMR: Simply answer is to win more.

Play: You have to realize your mistakes you've made, always try to watch your own replays, high elo VODs etc and learn new ways to play the game.

Lucky streak followed by dropping to your true rank followed by tilt due to dropping.
