Any plans for Lucian?

Lucian went through a series of small nerfs last fall which added up right fast, and and sunk him in both popularity and win rate. And then his passive got nerfed after he seemed to already be in the gutter. So I'm just wondering if a red can chime in and say whether or not there are plans to make Lucian viable again, or if Riot is done with him for now. I know there are other champions with more pressing concerns, but I really miss my good ol' bot lane friend. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Nerfs Lucian to hell because he has way too much mobility. Creates Kalista

Lucian is still viable, it's just there are really no reasons to pick him over kalista or graves. They can do what he does but better. I think they should just revert his range and maybe give him the original damage his passive used to do.

They should buff him just because he was supposed to be the adc with mobility and he has nothing on kalista.
