Twitch, the secret OP champ, a champion that truly deserves a look.

A truly unique ADC, very reliant on positioning and tactics, this ADC can carry games when you make an important high risk decision to flank/ambush/pre-emptive strike on the enemy. A well calculated decision that succeeds propels this ADC to carry a game, different from other ADC's.

These Twitch nerfs have been overdue, and he needs more, as a main Twitch his R should not give him bonus range, his Q should NOT give him a speed steroid, his E should not deal a lot of base dmg, and most importantly his stealth should work like where the enemy can detect her at close range. If these nerfs go through, i think twitch will stay at a balanced state and be used like all the other ADC's, his kit gives him too much potential to do amazing things and i think this is a problem for the game... 100% people agree that he's too much of a pain to deal with when his high risk pulls off.

*Last thought, his base dmg/attack speed should also be lowered, i think they are a little too good, his HP should go slightly down, but what do you guys think?
