It would be great if rioters create a new jungler item, which allows players to collect seeds of plant(Blast Cone, Honeyfruit and Scryer's Bloom). Then they can put these seeds in some important places for strategy. It take time for seed to grow up (like normal) but i think it would bring a new interact between jungler and jungle. Players who dont have jungler item will use plant in jungle normally.

I love that idea, but there are a few problems that might arise.

Honeyfruits planted in safe locations near a lane could give laners too much of an advantage against their opponents.
Blastcones can make it more difficult for laners to ward against junglers, since walls are less of an obstacle.
Same with Scryer's Blooms, you only have two wards max.
It will be difficult to balance for casual and pro play.

First of all, these seeds still rely on the randomness of jungle. However Honeyfruit doesnt appear soon in early-game. There would be only Blast Cone and Blooms for jungler to use at that time.
Secondly, both junglers in both sides can use these interaction so blast cone could be countered by blooms or even supporter can control the time when it has been completely grown and blow it away (like normal plants need time to grow up but we still can see them).
Last but not least, this interaction doesnt need to be a passive of jungler item. It could be a new summoner spell or rune reforge, which means, supporter or top lanner can take the job (or even new role) as a plant controller.
