Help with late game tank build
Which runes give me the most health possible late game? The ones that stack health per level, or the ones that increase health by a %?

Full scaling yellows give 216 HP at level 18. Full %Hp yellows give 4.5% bonus HP. To find out which ones are better you want to figure out how much HP you need for the 4.5% to be greater than 216. 4.5% in decimal form is 0.045, 216/0.045 = 4800. So if you have more than 4800 HP without runes, then the percent HP runes are better. Since you will have less HP than that in most cases it's better to have the scaling HP runes. Doing the same math for quints leads to 3240 HP being what you need to surpass without runes for %Hp to be better.
