Vision score and creep score are taken into account so you gotta make sure you have those.

Take these two hypothetical game scores with the same champion and role: 20/2/15 150 CS 20 Ward Score

8/2/11 250 CS 40 Ward Score

The first score will get you a S- at best, while the second score will get you an S or S+
