why do people call nasus " balanced ", tank with better versio of exhaust, lifesteal and q that half hits he literally has like 2 huge counters, rene and darius you can never let your eye out of him if you want to win somehow

Nasus is a Juggernaut, not a Tank, so he has a very different set of balance requirements. After the Kleptomancy nerf he also has a pretty pathetic win rate for a champion people like to call broken and overpowered.
He's extremely kitable, suffers if he can't farm early, and gets nullified in team fights if you keep him CCed even for just a few seconds (and there are comps that can easily achieve this if you have, say,

on your team).
I've found that the very best counter to him, at least when I'm against him, is

. Just utilize your range to kite him with the slow and burn him to death.
