You can't cancel it. So do what you can, drop Wither on them so they have a difficult time maneuvering once they finish teleporting.
Lay the Q smack down on them while they cook in spirit fire, and cancel it with death.
In practice you don't cancel it, and instead you either teleport after them, or just hang out and enjoy the free farm while you hope people are ok.

You chunk them with EQ and Wither them as their teleport completes (so they can't actually catch someone).
Death is the best CC. Just Q them into oblivion. And with 4.5 second TP, you can even do a picnic while you're at it.
Does ZZrot displace people like trundle pillar?
You kill them, or wait for them to TP, take their outer turret, and half their inner.
You could try activating your ult while standing next to them, this could push them a bit because your hitbox got larger. But i don't know if this really works.

You cant, but you can start pounding on them and use w on them during the channel you try and mess them up when they get there
