Urgot rework

So I've been picking up urgot recently and have been having a blast with him, however i feel like his kit is in need of a little bit of an overhaul, more specifically his ult. I feel that his ult is rather useless in most cases, the only case that it seems to be worth anything is when being tower dove. He is extremely immobile, has short range for an adc except for his q and has a bad ult. Can he please get a little bit of love?
