Annoying "boosters"

Is there anything to be done in regards to receiving messages from random people who aren't even on my friends list who constantly spam me with messages regarding some booster website that will somehow help my rank or something? Or is this actually a thing that I just haven't heard about until it's been jammed down my throat?

Do you find this occurring when you join the in game chat rooms? I've never received a message from someone not on my friends list.

I'm not in any chat rooms that I am aware of, and it's just started recently like i've also just started getting random game invites from friends of friends. It's rather strange

I've gotten a few of these. To explain: These guys send a FR, and then have a script that sends an advertisement via PM and remove themselves form your friends list in the same instant.

Submit a support ticket (top right corner --> support --> submit request) detailing the issue, include s screenshot if possible. There will not be a matching category option (as reporting players for out of game issues is not the primary purpose of this system) so just choose a broad one. You'll be redirected but the information will be tossed at the right people.

Pretty sure they are trying to cash in since it is the end of the season and people are more likely to want to get boosted now to get the end of season rewards. Smart of them but pretty annoying if you ask me. I reported one to support and got a message back something like a month later saying they were looking into it so hopefully it will stop after season end.
