QOL Buff for Bard's Shrines

It would be a nice change for Bard to have an indicator (similar to how sightstone shows how many wards are placed x/3) for the number of shrines on the map.

One immediate effect would be Bard's early game. If Bard places 3 shrines in the jungle to help the jungler clear, then the indicator would notify the Bard when he could start placing shrines in lane.

Seems useful. I'll bounce this on to Rabid Llama (who did the gameplay design for Bard and is doing initial post release follow up work on him too).

They didn't think of this before? It seemed obvious and was really annoying. Good that Meddler will talk to Rabid Llama about it.

First, can we also make the shrines more obvious while they are in a brush? They are hella hard to see.

Second, Did you know bard's shrine indicator "snaps" to allied champions like a targeted ability when you hover over them even though it's a skillshot? That is fucking cool and I hope it's used more in the future.

Technically, this already exists. If you hover over the skill it should say x/3 to indicate how many are placed.

The healing from bard's shrines could possibly scale up as he collects chimes, as a way to reward his laning partner for his absence, perhaps even increase in pick-up range?

I thought this was already implemented from the start, actually. If you hold down the skill key (I'm always using quick cast) it says #/3, turning it red if the next one you place would remove a previous one. Exactly the same system as wards.
