A new mechanic for Veigar's E (Riot must see)

The Idea is self explaining, the skill description should be read

After the stun has activated, champions inside Event Horizon cannot leave the area by any means, if they try to, they get stopped by **edge **of the wall in direction they were moving

I believe this change is thematically fitting for the skill, people would start picking him more often just for utility Veigars skill provides for his team and delay will be more or less irrelevant, even mandatory
