Veigar's new spell mechanic/interaction. Riot must see

I am very pleased with recent changes to his stun mechanic, and i would like to propose a new one. Idea is pretty simple, Dark matter cast inside Event Horizon falls down faster, actual number by how much needs to tested on pbe, i think it should be up to 40%, more than that would be way too much. Numbers definitely up for debate.
