What Defensive Seals Should I get?

I've read a lot of people say that health seals are better than armor seals and wanted to know if this is true in general.

Armor Seals x9 = 9 Armor Scaling Armor Seals x9 = 27 Armor (at level 18) Health Seals x9 = 72 Health Scaling Health Seals x9 = 215.46 Health (at level 18)

So which of these options is the best option overall?

You probably might went to get them all, armor seals are cheaper because Riot change the price

It depends on your hero choice and lane mostly. Armour and flat HP are the 2 that I see most of; followed by scaling HP.

Armor, Health per level, nothing else.
