Make the AOE on her rocket critical strikes larger.
Or have the rocket explosion size scale with crit, something to that effect.
This feels like a much more fun, chaotic, thematically accurate way to buff Crit on Jinx.
It's a small late game buff to account for casting W being a net DPS loss during a fight

As far as I understand, the point isn't to encourage crit but to encourage W.
I think the reasoning behind putting the crit on W is that it's a highly telegraphed ability with a cooldown and can be dodged. Enlarging the AoE crits on her rockets however does not offer the same level of counterplay nor is it 100% clear to enemies in terms of the effect especially if the radius scales with crit.
They aren't trying to encourage crit on Jinx. She already builds somewhere along the lines of Ruunans, IE, and PD/RFC. I think they're trying to encourage the actual using part of it

I think this was fine. Its not making her OP or breaking her...just a small buff to help her scrap by in the early game
What if the minigun rends armor on crit instead?
