Wont let me play ranked due to 20 champs

I own more than 20 champs but when I go to play ranked it gives me the message that I dont own at least 20. I played ranked last night, woke up to play more ranked today, then it gave me that message. Is it possible that because i recently changed my name server didnt register it yet?
