Warwicks build advice?

hey guys loving the new warwick got mastery 5 on him already without having really played the old one! anyway so was just wondering on the final few items you should build, or what i build and your thoughts on it. obv its situational however my current few builds are this:

the two starts i use are either titanic into bloodrazor merc/tabis/swifties (swifties only give 10 more ms i think they are a bit overrated) OR titanic into trifroce, boots into cinderhulk. and then from there im usually going either spirit visage if ap is fed, randuins/frozen heart if there is an ad attack speed using threat, if its just an ad threat then its deadmans plate.

this brings me to 5 items. if there is a lot of ad or a super fed ad i will go randuins/FH AND deadmans which brings me to 6.

if not then i still have 1 spare slot which is what id like suggestions on. atm ive actually gone rightous glory in this situation, for the large chunk of hp + the really nice ms active that synergises well with his kit but i would like to know if there are other good options ive overlooked.

if i am behind or dying alot i tend to build a tank item 2nd THEN finish off the other damage item and continue as normal.

and finally what elixer would "generally" be better warlords to buff the lifestealing aspect or iron for more hp/tankiness and tenacity?

p.s. i run ghost/red smite, and usually max q w then e sometimes putting an earlier 2-3 points into e if i need more durability. run ad quints and marks with 4 mana regen blues and rest scaling mr and armor yellows
