Glacial augment

So I have been learning cassiopeia and I don't really mind the phase rush play style but I dont like having to wait for 15-20 minutes to make an impact. I have been going glacial augment on her and building hextech glp and ludens as my first 2 items to pretty good effect. The big slow field of glp makes it easy to trap people in the miasma. This also makes it easier for my team to navigate fights. I tested out the damage on a single target with practice tool with my build at full build vs the standard stacking build and mine only was lacking by 150 dmg or so with 1 Q and 3 E's. So my question is would this be a viable not troll build? I dont feel like its lacking enough damage to be completely written off.

Doesn't her W already slow?

Don't fall for the glacial augment hype. It is not worth it.

Just look at Ahri. No direct or indirect buffs or nerfs, but peoples jumped on the glacial augment hype and suddenly her winrate lowered along with most of the stats. You might claim its because players don't know how to play with that build but imo that is not the case.

Glacial Augment is overrated.

Glp+ludens wastes a bit of stats, sadly. Why ludens over aa btw? Tear > glp > aa should net more overall damage once you upgrade aa.
