When is kat gettin the nerf hammer?

Played against 2 in a row today. The first got gunblade real fast and then could not only 1-shot-combo everyone on our team but could just as easily blink away.

The second had 1 spellbook and refillable pots, I had my jungle item from getting 2 early kills. I killed their jungler in their jungle then I was followed by a kat who threw a dagger that landed in front of me, blinked to the dagger which killed me. I was at full health as WW and I got melted in 2 moves and some AAs.

This chick is retarded and needs to be looked at. Ddd fucking mana to her. At least she won't be able to sit in lane farming until gunblade and then roam her team to victory. Her passive is 2 passives, a free presence of mind and her actual passive - get rid of the presence of mind. Make the daggers act like Zac and Poppy's passives where enemies can destroy them by walking over them. At least then you'd have to think about throwing them instead of mindlessly throwing them around.
